These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eck33 ("eck33", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at eck33.pro. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

eck33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by ineligible players will be suspended immediately, pending investigation. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be returned minus any winnings, which shall be forfeited.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a password of your choosing. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on eck33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. eck33 employs automated systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are detected, eck33 reserves the right to close all but the original account, forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Platform. Each of the following applies to your account:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. eck33 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your password confidential.
• You must notify eck33 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your eck33 account.

eck33 may at any time request identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by eck33 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

eck33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on eck33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though eck33 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large or unusual deposit activity.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given day are typically processed within the same day for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on eck33:

• All payment methods used on eck33 must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• eck33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside eck33's control.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on eck33 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts or payment instruments constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be initiated. If you withdraw before meeting the requirement, any remaining bonus and bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited.

eck33 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing hand information in live casino games or coordinating bets in sports betting markets.
• Using software, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided. Players are required to report bugs immediately via the support channel.
• Using deposit and withdrawal methods that are not registered in your own name, or engaging in any transaction that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

All content on eck33.pro, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of eck33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform's content without eck33's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of eck33's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eck33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if eck33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. eck33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eck33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy. eck33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary service outages, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond eck33's reasonable control.
